…ern-ів Друга частина розслідування вузького місця js/eslint LLM-ladder (перша — Cluster C T0-mechanical-fix, PR #126). Реальний прогін (2026-07-18, /ai run/yoga2, chainId 6f6b4fdca71aa0c5) показав через ~/.n-cursor/llm-trace.jsonl + llm-bodies: local-min/local-min-retry — 0/12 успіхів (лише витрачений бюджет), а cloud-avg регулярно доводить concern майже до чистого re-detect, але спільний з cloud-min бюджет не лишає часу на verify — і весь прогрес відкочується (нема наступного rung-а для повтору). Дві незалежні зміни: - ladder.mjs: окремий CLOUD_AVG_TIMEOUT_MS (дефолт 180s замість спільних 120s), override N_CLOUD_AVG_FIX_TIMEOUT_MS. - concern-meta.mjs/run-fix.mjs: новий concern.json-прапор skipLocalTier — пропускає local-min/local-min-retry, ladder стартує з cloud-min. …льним прогоном (#148) PR #126 (Cluster C, T0-mechanical-fix) і PR #136 (Cluster D — skipLocalTier, Cluster G — окремий cloud-avg-таймаут) підтверджені повторним реальним прогоном на /ai run/yoga2/src/lib/crud: 11/11 порушень закрито на cloud-min, без жодного local-tier виклику (раніше — 1/12, з відкатом на cloud-avg). Друга частина дослідження вузького місця js/eslint LLM-ladder (перша — Cluster C T0-mechanical-fix, PR #126). Реальний прогін (2026-07-18,
/airun/yoga2, chainId6f6b4fdca71aa0c5, детально розібраний через~/.n-cursor/llm-trace.jsonl+llm-bodies) показав:local-min/local-min-retry: 0/12 успіхів — усі спроби або чистий timeout, або торкнули файл без прогресу. Ladder просто спалює ~72с на файл перед ескалацією.cloud-avgрегулярно доводить concern майже до чистого re-detect (напр. 8→1 залишкове порушення), але спільний зcloud-minбюджет (120s) не лишає часу на verify — і весь прогрес відкочується, бо післяcloud-avgнемає наступного rung-а для повторної спроби.Дві незалежні зміни:
