Requires nextcloud/server#61127 and nextcloud/assistant#577

Registers the app as a new provider for the core:audio2text:subtitles task, reusing the same models from core:audio2text. Currently supports generating .srt and .vtt files, which is done through manual conversion of the transcript segments into the appropriate formats. Lightly tested with an MP3 of this podcast episode.
