Track all 18 feedback work items with their current status, associated issue / branch / PR, next steps and dependencies for parallel fixes. Record T17 as in PR #120, pending merge and F5 acceptance, and documentation PR #121 as merged; keep the other 17 items pending until work starts.
Update the feedback archive with the latest validation reported by #120 and distinguish PR, merge, F5 acceptance and release status.
Validation: Markdown formatting, 35 local links / anchors, all 18 tracking rows, and
git diff --checkpassed. This PR changes only the two status documents.
