Overview
This PR aligns docs with two product changes: Salesforce Service Cloud is no longer offered, and Index API keys are no longer described as org-gated on the API keys page.
Automations integrations (English, Spanish, French, Chinese): Drops Salesforce Service Cloud from frontmatter keywords and from the supported-integrations table, matching the disabled integration.
Index REST API intro (same locales): Removes the step note that missing Index key type means the org lacks Index REST API access, since organizations can now create Index keys from the dashboard without that caveat.
