Updates the extension’s .gitignore to prevent accidentally committing installed/downloaded binaries and related artifacts under Extension/bin, aligning with the intent to keep built artifacts out of PRs.
Changes:
- Adds explicit ignore entries for additional installed
bin/artifacts (scripts, drivers, test binaries, and license file). - Normalizes the
bin/LICENSE.txtignore entry (removing the prior malformed/indented line).

In an earlier PR I had gotten confused an accidentally added one of those to the PR.
