Qué cambia

  • Se añade el Volumen 2: la introducción, la autorización con ITI-71 e ITI-102, y las dos transacciones propias especificadas completas, Mediated Token Exchange [HIX-1] y Patient Application Launch [HIX-2].
  • El Record Locator Service pasa a ser obligatorio en toda comunidad. Atiende toda localización y recuperación, es el único que alcanza a un custodio y garantiza siempre la decisión de divulgación, que el Document Registry puede evaluar sin eximirlo.
  • Modelo de tokens cerrado. El mediador alcanza a cada custodio solo con un token mediado, hacia los actores centrales desplegados aparte usa HIX-1 o un token propio que la comunidad autorice, y nunca llama al Master Patient Index. El Document Registry resuelve identidades y consulta el directorio con token propio, y el directorio es Resource Server de IUA.
  • El puntero. subject lleva siempre la identidad maestra, la traducción de identificadores es una decisión de despliegue, el MRN en subject es un apartamiento declarado de MHD y sourcepatient es una referencia lógica por identificador.
  • Citas y atribuciones corregidas..

Por qué

Se hizo una revision completa del volumen 1 al volumen 2 (lo que se llevaba de este) contra los perfiles de IHE y specs de OAuth2 y se encontraron algunas inconsistencias, contradicciones o afirmaciones que no eran claras o mezclaba conceptos de despliegues/implementaciones que no correspondian a esta guia narrativa.

Antes de pedir revisión

  • El PR va dirigido a dev.
  • Si toca la arquitectura, el issue que lo respalda está enlazado, y la decisión se sostiene en las fuentes citadas.
  • make format pasó y make site termina sin errores.
  • Toda afirmación nueva sobre lo que exige una especificación lleva nota al pie con la sección exacta y su texto literal que la fundamenta.
  • Las páginas nuevas están registradas en pages: y en menu: de sushi-config.yaml, y los enlaces internos apuntan al .html.
  • Revisé el resultado en la vista previa del PR.

docs: revise volume 1 and add the volume 2 page skeleton

Volume 1 now links each transaction and rule to its volume 2 page,
gives every heading an explicit anchor, and states when a central
actor introspects the token and how it answers when the Authorization
Server is down.

The volume 2 pages are empty placeholders so those links resolve.
Each chapter fills its page in its own commit.
