The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying service relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which is now restricted. Point the chart and its link to a working alternative so it renders again.

The star history chart in the README no longer loads because its data source depends on the GitHub stargazer API, which has become restricted. This change updates the chart and its link to a working alternative so the community section displays correctly again.
