I have few doubts

1. How to display a text on map
   2)How to drag polygons
   3)How to display text on polygon

1. Not currently supported but it is a new feature request Add raw Text labels to the map #276
2. Not currently supported, you can only drag markers
3. Not currently supported, but feature request Add raw Text labels to the map #276 will help.
