Align the swagger @Version, generated docs and the mc-iam-manager registry _meta with the upcoming v0.7.0 release before tagging. Only the mc-iam-manager entries change; the mc-cost-optimizer 0.6.3 entries in the same files are left as is. _meta.generatedAt is refreshed so a registry re-sync picks up the change.
