Present Design ISMs with an English-first README and a separate root
README.kr.md. Put MCP clone/configuration instructions directly below the introduction, before screenshots, so a new visitor can connect immediately. Follow with real interface captures, catalog navigation, agent skills, API/CLI examples, and contribution links. The layout draws on the local OpenCodex README opening (reference revision ac325a07300c48025170027b311ce80d01681565). Copy and screenshots are specific to Design ISMs. Four unretouched live captures show each language, with provenance in docs/images/README.md. Detailed maintenance rules link to existing owners; the canonical count marker stays in README.md and source-license scopes remain explicit.
Validation: count/content/line and diff checks; executed English/Korean CLI search and compose-to-brief pipelines; independent documentation review; GitHub desktop/mobile rendering and image/anchor checks. Standard current-head CI runs before merge. Only Markdown and documentation screenshots change; no public Pages files, dependencies, or runtime behavior change.
