feat(providers): add Smol Machines sandbox backend

Adds @langchain/smol, a Deep Agents sandbox backend that executes commands and transfers files inside local or Smol Cloud microVMs, with explicit target selection, native branch and checkpoint access, and a bounded Cloud lifetime by default.

Validation: 6 unit tests and 96 live integration tests passed, including the shared backend contract on KVM, a real Deep Agent shell tool call, copy-on-write branch isolation, and Cloud command/file transfers; package typecheck, lint, build, and npm pack --dry-run passed. The adapters reject Cloud filenames currently altered by the forwarding layer until smol-machines/smolcloud#622 is deployed.

Additional packaging check: installed this PR’s pkg.pr.new @langchain/smol preview alongside published deepagents@1.14.2 in an empty project, imported the package, created a real local KVM VM, ran a command through the installed provider, and deleted the VM successfully.
