Release 0.2.0 #6

Description

What

0.1.0 predates the guard fix (#1). A consumer resolving from: "0.1.0" gets the generator that silently drops every member under a C #if — among them pj_math_stat.fmean_, the mean of every jitter and RTT statistic. Meanwhile the README says to resolve by branch: "main" "until this repo has its first semantic-version tag", which is no longer true and points consumers at an unpinned branch.

Fix

Tag 0.2.0 after #2 and #3 land: a minor, because generated output changes. Replace the README note with from: "0.2.0".

Done when

The tag exists, the README's examples use it, and the Swift Package Index lists it.

Tagged 0.2.0 on 36b4a69 (the merge of #11) and published the release. A fresh package resolving from: "0.2.0" from GitHub, with swift-pjsip 0.3.0, builds and generates under swift build for the iOS Simulator. The README's example uses it since #11.

Remaining for done: the Swift Package Index listing. The package was never submitted (swiftpackageindex.com returns 404 for it), so 0.2.0 shows up there only after an "Add Package" submission.

The Swift Package Index now lists swift-pjsip-gen with 0.2.0 as the latest release, added through SwiftPackageIndex/PackageList#15721. Its compatibility builds are still processing there. All three items are done: the tag, the README example using it, and the index listing.
