Updates the Workshop documentation to reflect the newer cost-aware desk launch profiles and the corrected install/launch flow, including clearer separation between the coordinator plugin and the Cairn dashboard.
Changes:
- Document the open vs connected launch profiles and include concrete before/after measurement results.
- Correct and clarify the install/launch steps (Workshop TA selection, separate Cairn dashboard, and Claude Code support).
- Refresh wording and structure to better match outward-facing documentation style.
