Discussion: There was quite a bit of back and forth on this, mainly
circling around the question of whether #calibration was restricted
to or only meant calibration that is applicable or that was applied.
This happened mainly in a thread on VEP-006,
http://mail.ivoa.net/pipermail/dal/2021-October/008466.html.
After VEP-006 decided this towards only applicable calibration, we
waited a while for someone who wanted to distinguish "science"
progenitors from "calibration" ones. This has not happened until
2026, and hence we decided to retire VEP-009 in consent with François.
