Fix native DOCX parsing failures with numbering overrides

Summary

DOCX files containing w:lvlOverride failed in native builds because the CTNumLvlImpl(SchemaType) constructor was missing from reachability metadata.

Changes

  • Register the constructor for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Add self-contained DOCX numbering regression tests.

Verification

  • Four previously failing DOCX files: 0/4 → 4/4 successfully parsed.
  • Numbering tests: 13 passed; existing Unicode tests: 7 passed.
  • Original documents unchanged; text matched JVM Tika after normalization.
  • Native execution tested on Windows; Linux/macOS metadata checked statically.

Reproduction files

Plymouth City Council DOCX documents: Scenario 5 (SEN), 6 (Neglect), 7 (Social Networking), and 8 (Contact Issues).

- Register the CTNumLvlImpl constructor for Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Add regression tests for DOCX numbering overrides
- Verify all four previously failing DOCX files on Windows
- Pass 13 numbering tests and 7 Unicode regression tests
