Update Xtext version and improve logging with null checks

This pull request brings the following changes and fixes:

• Update xtext version to 2.42.0
• Fixes ROSModel setup file to include necessary dependencies for the language server protocol
• Cleans up obsolete logging
• Adds null checks for content-assist
• Adds the feature to pass globally parameters to relevant subsystems during code-generation
