AI Adoption Planner — Claude Code Plugin

A Claude Code plugin that helps you build and maintain a personalized AI adoption plan for your own company. It acts as a candid advisor: it diagnoses where your company sits on a four-level AI maturity model, captures your role and goals, keeps a living journey log, and generates role-specific, prioritized guidance for reaching the next level.

Distributed as a plugin via a Claude Code plugin marketplace.

What it does

• Diagnoses your maturity across four stages — Build → Accelerate → Scale → Lead — through a guided conversation, not an intake form.
• Captures your role and goals in your own words, so every recommendation answers "what do I do next?"
• Keeps a living journey log at ~/.claude/ai-adoption-planner/journey.md that persists across sessions and projects, with a timestamped progress history.
• Generates a prioritized action plan grounded in per-level task catalogs and challenge playbooks bundled with the skill.

From GitHub (once published)

Use

Once installed, start a Claude Code session and ask to assess or plan your company's AI adoption — for example:

"Help me figure out where my company is on its AI adoption journey and what I should do next."

The skill welcomes you, runs the diagnosis, and writes your plan to ~/.claude/ai-adoption-planner/journey.md. On later runs it recognizes the existing plan and moves into a check-in instead of starting over.

Your data stays yours

Your company plan lives in ~/.claude/ai-adoption-planner/journey.md on your own machine — it is not part of this repository and is git-ignored. No company data is bundled with or published by the plugin.
