Ember Concurreny was happily giving us dropped task instances which never resolve, because Ember developers hate joy. What we want, and what we expected .drop() would provide, is the last actually executed (ie, non-dropped) instance of the task, which is returned by .last on the task Fuck Ember, fuck the Ember ecosystem
