Welcome to the OpenAerialMap wiki!

What OAM is

• a searchable catalog of all available open aerial imagery
• a place for anyone to upload and share their own imagery
• a set of standard tile map services accessible by mapping clients
• an open source software that can be installed on any computer

What OAM is not

• a place to learn about UAV data processing -see OpenDroneMap instead
• an imagery service for massive commercial use (sorry, we can’t afford that bandwidth)
• a host of non-georeferenced imagery
