Throwaway control for the pr-fastcheck stall seen on hao-ai-lab#1765 (builds hao-ai-lab#931, hao-ai-lab#932, hao-ai-lab#934: every lane killed at +15:00 with exit status 2 and no output). Throwaway control build for the
pr-fastcheckstall on #1765 (builds #931, #932, #934: every lane killed at exactly +15:00 withexit status 2and no test output, including lanes the PR does not touch). This branch is an empty commit on currentmain(e9bbaca0); the tree is byte-identical. If this build fails the same way, the runner is stalling independently of PR content. Will be closed as soon as the build reports.
