Description

Kids Outfit helps children choose outdoor clothing for the whole school day, using an existing Home Assistant weather entity. Each child has a configurable departure/return window, character and comfort preference. Hourly coverage is checked, daily fallback is explicitly labeled, and sensor data uses language-neutral codes. English and Hungarian setup translations are bundled; other languages can be contributed.

The companion Kids Outfit Card renders consistent SVG characters with the recommended clothing. The integration has 42 passing tests on Home Assistant 2026.9.1, including fixture-driven config-entry setup, sensor registration and unload. It does not transmit child profiles to external services. I am the code owner and contributor under the zsaklak organization.
