Summary
Adds a Frontend section under Agent Runtime for building user-facing ADK applications.
Note
This PR was previously discussed with the ADK and A2UI teams offline, as such no issue has been created.
What's included
Why
ADK already exposes runtime surfaces for agents, but developers need clearer guidance for connecting those agents to web, mobile, and messaging application frontends.
This section gives ADK users a single place to understand when to use AG-UI, when to use A2UI, and how common frontend interaction patterns map back to an ADK agent runtime. This follows the pre-aligned direction to add a broader frontend area while keeping the guidance focused on ADK concepts instead of vendor-specific promotion.
