Dependabot #40 updates the
github/gh-aw/actions/setup-cliaction implementation to a newer repository revision, but correctly leaves the independently configured CLI input unchanged:While reviewing that PR we tested
v0.89.14as a CLI version and confirmed it is not a published binary release: the setup action returnsCould not find a release/ HTTP 404.GitHub's releases API reports v0.88.7 as the latest published immutable gh-aw CLI release. Its tag resolves to:

Upgrades the actual gh-aw CLI baseline from v0.88.4 to the latest published v0.88.7 and temporarily pins the setup action to the same immutable release commit:
bde367913adeb3132f0a171594c88a17f4b7d08c;v0.88.7.CI verifies that v0.88.7 installs successfully, compiles the Agent Plugin fixture, preserves immutable resolution of
github-build-or-reuse@v1.2.2, and passes all current packaging/client gates.After this merge, #40 can be rebased independently to test the newer setup-action implementation while keeping the now-validated CLI v0.88.7. The action revision and installed CLI version are separate lifecycle pins.
No behavior/package source changes are included.
