Summary
Refreshes the two native Agent Plugin clients that currently matter most to adapter-retirement evidence:

docs/plugin-lifecycle-evidence.mdso install/discovery, lifecycle/update, and behavioral evidence are recorded as separate levels.Copilot
The ordinary marketplace smoke test now uses 1.0.85 and JSON output, requiring the installed plugin to be
github-build-or-reusev1.2.3 withenabled: true.This complements the stronger lifecycle proof already merged in #38, which verified native v1.2.2 -> v1.2.3 update + uninstall.
Codex
The native Agent Plugin install/discovery smoke test moves from 0.153.4 to stable 0.154.0. This PR does not claim lifecycle parity: current Codex exposes plugin add/list/remove and marketplace upgrade, but no direct native plugin-update command equivalent to Copilot.
