Summary
Adds a new cursor-style-unfocused configuration option that controls the cursor style shown when a window loses focus. Currently the unfocused cursor is hardcoded to block_hollow, this makes it configurable while keeping block_hollow as the default, so existing behavior is unchanged unless the user opts in.
There have been some PRs about this feature, but they haven't been completed yet (#12198, #9630, #2818).
AI usage: claude code just to navigate through the project, I made the changes myself.
