Combines dependency PRs #2–#11 (excluding nonexistent #5), resolving the lock with uv and replacing vulnerable versions with patched releases. Python >=3.11 and Pillow >=13 are now required because patched Pillow no longer supports Python 3.10.
Adds the first CI workflow and 14 offline tests covering metadata/error handling, downloads, panorama reuse, exact crop pixels across the seam, missing panorama IDs, and annotation filtering. Fixes off-by-one crop dimensions for odd pixel widths exposed by the tests. CI runs format/lint checks and source plus clean installed-wheel tests on Python 3.11/3.14.
Local tests pass on Python 3.11 and 3.13; the installed wheel and CLI pass; formatters, lint, workflow checks, and dependency audit pass. No live paid API calls are needed.
