This PR investigates the replacement of the custom FST implementation (not maintained anymore :( ) with Apache Fory , actively maintained (supporting all the latest JDK 25 features) and supposedly 10x times faster and 5x more compact in binary format (https://github.com/apache/fory/blob/main/docs/benchmarks/index.md).
