内部公開のCloud RunへCloudflare Tunnel経由で接続するため、cloudflared用のWorker Pool、Direct VPC egress、Private Google Access向けDNS、Secret Managerを追加した。あわせてDiggerの管理対象に新しいTerraform rootを登録した。

内部公開の Cloud Run に Cloudflare Tunnel 経由でアクセスできるようにするため、Cloud Run Worker Pool 上で
cloudflaredを常時稼働させる基盤を追加します。変更内容
cloudflaredを HTTP/2 で実行する Cloud Run Worker Pool を追加run.app向けPrivate DNSを追加_sharedへのシンボリックリンクで配置確認内容

Worker Poolの作成前に、Cloudflare Zero Trustで取得したTunnel tokenを
cloudflared-tokenのSecretバージョンとして登録する必要があります。
