Ubuntu bootstrap now installs common packages through apt and uses portable shell, tmux, Git and mise configuration. macOS keeps its existing Brew and runtime configuration.
Adds a separate native Ubuntu bootstrap for Codex CLI, Claude Code and mise, with fresh interactive sign-in instructions. Runtime installation uses prebuilt binaries; existing local overrides and authentication files are preserved.
Validation: repository tests, ShellCheck, template rendering and chezmoi dry-run passed. Applied on Ubuntu, verified package availability, runtime versions, login shell, tmux reconnection and a clean chezmoi diff excluding scripts. Provider sign-ins and optional plugin installation remain separate user steps.
