Add discovery, probing, and monitoring for LNv2 gateways alongside existing LNv1 registrations: - Add `fedimint-lnv2-common` v0.12.0 dependency to workspace and server. - Introduce schema `v11.sql` with multi-protocol gateway support, `protocol` column, compound primary key, and `lnv2_gateway_keys` table. - Query LNv2 `gateways` consensus endpoint and probe `routing_info` with bounded timeout and concurrency. - Merge dual-protocol gateways when lightning node pubkey and normalized API URLs match. - Preserve backward-compatibility on `/config/:invite/gateways` via opt-in `?protocols=all` query parameter. - Mirror new gateway types and status enums in `fmo_api_types` and frontend TypeScript definitions.
