Add commands get pipeline-job and get environment

Add two new commands:

• get pipeline-job
• get environment

get pipeline-job returns details about a pipeline job in JSON format
get environment returns details about an environment in JSON format

They can be useful in for example CICD pipelines, like GitHub actions, to check status of component in an environment after a pipeline job has completed

We created an alternative implementation with this github action, which would implicitly verify that everything is up and running.

It requires that your API has a /version endpoint that returns a JSON that looks like this: {"version": "x.y.z"}

To use it in a pipeline, you would typically call it like this:
