Node.js >= 26 binaries link against libatomic.so.1 which the base image does not provide. Without it, every Node 26 process that does not receive LD_LIBRARY_PATH fails at the dynamic linker - including the js-debug watchdog process spawned with a hardcoded minimal environment, whose invisible death left debuggees blocked forever in inspector.waitForDebugger() (TestDebug failures on CI). - docker/Dockerfile: add libatomic; fetch Maven from archive.apache.org (dlcdn only serves the current release) - docker/README.md: document why libatomic must not be removed - Jenkinsfile: use vrubezhny/fedora-gtk3-mutter-java-node:f42-node24-libatomic
