Having an incense that summons Titania will kill you during pyretic. Her actions trigger it. I did double check to ensure and the pyretic hit only when titania used an action. This is also true for other companions like Eos. At least you can put Eos to passive to avoid dying though. Might be best to just los if Titania is summoned on target player.
