It has been deprecated and no longer receives updates.
go-rename.el has been moved to the go-mode repository. So for this package we just "go build" the gorename binary.
The elisp code appears to live at dominikh/go-errcheck.el; use "go install" to get the binary.
It is no longer maintained.
They probably fail already due to changes in go build tooling.

As explained there
:type gono longer works with current go tooling. Migrate to:type github. I'm not a go programmer, so I'm not sure if all these are correct, but since they're currently all broken this probably doesn't making anything worse.
