Allow users to change their degree and majors and minors without resetting data

• Ideally this is done via making the degree-wizard page not auto reset

My suggestions:

• Add a button to the term-planner settings to change degree
• If the user visits the degree-wizard and already has data setup
  • make a reset button appear
  • change the "start browsing" button to be "save degree" and have a "forget changes" button (or something like that)
  • prefill the fields with their current data
