During development of an intro I observed mashi incorrectly decompressing a wasm file.

I attached two commits:

• The first commit adds a test on the failing wasm, which fails cargo test --release. If you amend the trace with the LEB accumulator it should be quite clear that the rust and wasm decompressors diverge. I added the whole wasm because it provides good coverage on SIMD, but I could provide a smaller repro case if you prefer.
• The second commit adds a fix proposed by Claude. Feel free to ignore, or let me know if you prefer a PR without it.
