Strict alias matching can reject valid source-backed declarations. This adds a standalone scorer for future, explicitly frozen evaluations: supported Rust owner/trait spellings and Python assignments resolve to canonical source identities, with exact citations scored separately from semantic review.
Rust source is validated by an isolated offline syn frontend with locked dependencies; Python uses AST parsing without importing the evaluated source. Ambiguous and unsupported declarations remain visible and uncredited. Contract, implementation, parser and source pins support prospective adoption. Historical evaluators, captured answers and scores are unchanged.
Validation on the integrated tree: 34 prospective tests, 12 independent public CLI cases, 705 Rust tests, product goldens and applicable repository gates. Operator dependency-policy checks passed; exact tested-source correspondence and before/after regressions are archived in ORB-13803/13804. The example is test-only and leaves semantic review pending; this change makes no agent-effectiveness claim.
