• 正式 v0.1.1 Release 已发布并完成下载验证；将 README、发行指南中英下载命令和 Windows 归档名切换到 0.1.1。
• 将中英 Rust 嵌入指南固定到已验证的完整提交 95c4866a14647b48c12d5de67b48b2ddc15a287f，同步文档契约测试。没有 crates.io 发布。

验证

• v0.1.1 tag 工作流全绿：四平台构建、checksum、无 checkout 安装和 GitHub Release 发布均通过。
• 从正式 Release 下载四个平台归档与 SHA256SUMS，独立校验全部 checksum；在 Apple Silicon 上仅用下载归档通过 verify-install，包含入门任务的预期失败与恢复。
• 本 PR 本地通过文档契约测试、发布工具测试和 git diff --check。历史 v0.1.0 tag 与 Release 未改动。

• Pin both Rust embedding guides to the verified full commit 95c4866a14647b48c12d5de67b48b2ddc15a287f and update the documentation contract test. Nothing was published to crates.io.

Validation

• The v0.1.1 tag workflow passed all four platform builds, checksums, no-checkout installation, and GitHub Release publication.
• Downloaded all four platform archives and SHA256SUMS from the public Release, independently verified every checksum, and passed verify-install using only the downloaded Apple silicon archive, including the starter's expected failure and recovery.
• The local documentation contract test, release tooling tests, and git diff --check passed. The historical v0.1.0 tag and Release were not changed.
