Acceptance: delivered recovery workflow #285; reproducible small-file I/O #287; at least one real trial in #65 using the user's own data, a rule change, error recovery, and passing tests, with revision/platform/commands/results recorded. Proceed with #287 alongside #65. A release or pinned source commit is sufficient; bundled demos do not replace real trial evidence. Track Windows installation #286 and publishing #288 separately without blocking other-platform trials. Keep #78 frozen; no production deployment, SLO, language-expansion, or VM-optimization gate.
