Updated Mapepire client to 1.0.1 + bumped other dependencies

Mapepire Client update

This PR updates mapepire-js to version 1.0.1.
This version includes the support of single-mode connection and takes care of updating and checking the remote Mapepire jar file.
Consequently, all the specific code related to the single mode has been removed from Code for i.
The code starting the Mapepire job has also been refactored to make the connection fail entirely if Mapepire fails to start.

Other dependencies update

Other dependencies have been updated to fix security issues reported by npm audit:

Removed dependency

The csv package has been removed and the IBMiContent::getTable and IBMiContent::getQTempTablemethods that were using it have been removed as well since theyr were not used anymore.

How to test this PR

Check if Mapepire client works as before

• Connect to an LPAR using Mapepire using single mode

  • It must connect and update the Mapepire jar file to version 3.6.0

• Connect to an LPAR using Mapepire using websocket client

• Click on the Download logs action in the Help & Support view to check the adm-zip update

• Deploy a workspace to check the tar update

• Update a member without date support to check the tmp update

Not sure yet TBH. I haven't had a chance to investigate further. I posted back on the original mapepire issue to see if this was resolved.

@SanjulaGanepola I've put back the use of installDir and javaPath for single mode and put back the command to change the application name. You can have another look 😄

Changes look good, and it works (when testing on another machine).

For that error I got on that first machine, according to this there is some code in mapepire that is making an internal ibm call not on all systems. The associated PR should fix this.
