Changes
As requested by Sanjula, this PR aligns the behavior of views such as WRKMTI, Index Advisor, or Self with that of query result sets.
In addition, the behavior of the COPY SQL button has been modified so that it copies exactly the statement that reproduces the contents of the results panel.
How to test this PR
Open a view such as WRKMTI, and you'll see that the results are now loaded X rows at a time...
Apply a filter and/or sort, and you'll see that the SQL query copied using COPY SQL will be updated:
