Result set rows are duplicated after "Move into editor" #583

Describe the bug
After running a SELECT in the Results view and clicking "Move into editor", the editor tab shows every row twice (the rows that were already loaded, followed by the same rows again from the first page). Clicking Refresh in the editor tab shows the correct rows.

To Reproduce

1. Run a SELECT that returns rows
2. In the Results view, click "Move into editor" (button next to the search box, or the view action).
3. The editor tab shows the rows twice.
4. Click Refresh: the rows are correct.

Expected behavior
The editor tab shows the same rows as the view, and keeps fetching from where the view left off.
