This version bump changes the internal directory structure of the NuGet package. Version 10.x moves the analyzer DLLs into 'roslyn3' and 'roslyn4' subdirectories. Any logic using 'GeneratePathProperty' (PkgSonarAnalyzer_VisualBasic) to locate the DLLs must be updated to include the correct Roslyn-specific subdirectory, or analysis will fail.
