This PR collects a miscellaneous sets of developments to have more thorough testing of the HLT nano flavour produced in the package
HLTrigger/NGTScouting.Main developments:
hltNanoDQMtestProduceNanoHLTwith fresh input data fromCMSSW_20_0_0_pre1.7592and.7721which test the case of HLT nano production out ofFEVTDEBUGHLTinput (from previous step) for both the HLT timing menu and the NGT scouting menu.PR validation:
