eslint-plugin-cypress v6 removed the deprecated `/flat` subpath from its exports map, so importing it threw ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED and failed lint:js:check. The root export provides configs.recommended, so only the import specifier needed to change.
