Add page aliases and descriptions, drop the per-page experimental attribute - #4197

Five pages have moved or been folded into others over the years and their old URLs 404; page-aliases now make Antora emit redirects for them. The landing and high-traffic pages get a description, which the UI turns into the meta tag search engines use for snippets. And the :experimental: attribute goes from the top of 40 pages, since the playbook has set it site-wide all along.

Old URLs of the five pages that were renamed or merged away now redirect instead of 404ing, the main landing pages carry a description for search-engine snippets, and the
:experimental:line repeated on 40 pages is gone because the playbook already sets it. Verified with a local site build: the redirect stubs are generated and the kbd macros still render.
