- Rename "Projects" nav to "Our Work" (URL kept as /projects) - Rewrite Our Work page with new engineering/research/education copy in the original logo-row format; add Events, split current vs. past projects - Update Research page with Research Day, Research Prize, and Bitcoin Scholarship in the same format - Replace Jobs page image with NYC skyline photo and update copy (remove Open Roles listing) - Remove the physical address block from the About page - Remove the Blog page, old residency posts, and unused post layout - Drop now-unused _data/projects.yml and _data/research.yml Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0131PG3PjHonRfFFktsZV5Z8
