- 2026-08-Sherlock.pdf: collaborative review of v3.3.0, audited 5-15 August 2026 at f0fe9d6, final commit ac389fbc7. Leads 0x52 and 0x73696d616f. - 2026-08-FV.pdf: formal verification of src/core with the Certora Prover 8.16.2, by AlexZoid, against 3397d60. Fourteen contracts across hub, spoke and messaging, plus mutation testing. - 2026-LonelySloth.pdf: Burra Security bug bounty report, researcher LonelySloth, 10 September 2026. One medium finding in MultiAdapter.sol, an incorrect reset of negative votes allowing double-execution of messages, resolved.

The Burra report has one medium finding in
MultiAdapter.sol, an incorrect reset of negative votes allowing double-execution of messages, marked resolved.Landing here directly so the PDFs are reachable at the
centrifuge/protocolURLs the docs index uses (centrifuge/documentation#654). The same three files are queued internally in centrifuge/protocol-internal#389 (main) and #390 (live-v3.3); #390 is blocked on an unrelated pre-existingdelta-shapefailure on that branch, which is being handled separately.
