test(relinker): execute the guest Intel trampolines end to end

What

The --to-intel guest module trampolines were covered only by a synthetic test that reads the patched bytes. GuestIntelTrampolinesTests relinks a main executable next to a sce_module/sample.prx whose SSE4a sites exercise EXTRQ and INSERTQ, maps the converted module and calls the guest function, so the trampoline, its stub and the return path run and their results are checked. ElfFixture.hpp gains MakeModule, which builds the module layout the relinker requires (its own read/write segment carrying the string, symbol, hash and relocation tables).

Tested

Linux container (gcc 13, x86-64), relinker-only build (-DANYPS5_RELINKER_ONLY=ON -DBUILD_TESTING=ON): to_intel_linux_stubs, guest_intel_trampolines and the new guest_intel_trampolines_execution all pass. No game title was run.
