check_test_registration.py fails on main: agc_driver_recorder_tests is still in KNOWN_UNRUN #2535

Description

@Yuva1024

e5c60992 (via #1331) registers agc_pipeline_cache, which runs agc_driver_recorder_tests --pipeline-cache-only, but tools/check_test_registration.py still lists agc_driver_recorder_tests in KNOWN_UNRUN. The check now fails after configure:

error: agc_driver_recorder_tests is run by ctest now; remove it from KNOWN_UNRUN

Every full Build run on main since then was skipped or cancelled, so CI has not reported it yet; the Linux and Windows jobs will fail at "Check that every test executable is registered with ctest". The fix is removing that entry.

Tested: Windows 11 (26200), WinLibs GCC 15.2.0 r7, Release, main c9da0f93; the entry is unchanged on c963432d. The rest of the build and ctest passed (573/573, 3 expected skips).

    Confirmed on main bc40a6b5 (Windows 11, WinLibs GCC 15.2.0 r7): tools/check_test_registration.py build passes after configure ("496 test executable(s), 0 built and not run as recorded, none new").
